Vendor Set-up: On April 18th
Inside And outside Vending Space Size & Fees
Four (4) passes for the rally are included with the vending fee. All employee names, including the business owner/s, are to be listed below. Identification needs to be present upon check-in.
If additional passes are needed outside of the four passes included in the Vendor Agreement contract, there is a $55.00 per person charge for additional passes
Angel City Motorcycle Rally & Music Festival reserves the right to refuse any vendor.
Vendors may not sell any food or beverages. (unless pre-approved by angel city)
all food & tattoo vendors must have, or be able to obtain, a general liability policy with angel city being the additionally insured.
For those staying overnight at angel city needing electric/water/Electric is available for $10 day
Proof of liability coverage must be received 1 week prior to the event. Please submit insurance coverage proof to: dawn smith at angelcityrally@gmail.com
